Losing my baby was a heart-wrenching experience that I never anticipated. The pain of a miscarriage, especially after going through IVF, left me feeling lost and overwhelmed. It’s been a few months, and while I’ve made progress, I still find myself struggling with negative thoughts and anxiety from time to time. The fear of losing my loved ones, the worry about my career after I resigned for the IVF treatment, and even concerns about my relationship with my husband have crept into my mind.
Before going through the miscarriage, I was someone who felt hopeful and in control of my life. But after the loss, everything seemed overwhelming. Some days I could manage, but other days, anxiety and negative thoughts took over. I found myself struggling to feel at peace, and I started to wonder if there was something I could do to regain my balance and sense of calm.

Realizing the Power of Manifestation
When I was in the thick of my grief and anxiety, I remembered something I had once read about the power of the subconscious mind, manifestation, and the Law of Attraction. I had learned that the thoughts we focus on the most are what we manifest into our reality. At first, I didn’t really know how to apply this idea to my situation. I felt too consumed by my fears to believe that a simple shift in thinking could make a difference. But I decided to give it a try.
I started by practicing positive affirmations. Every morning, I would tell myself, “I am safe, my family is protected, and I trust that everything is unfolding as it should.” It was difficult at first, and honestly, some days I didn’t believe it. But I stuck with it, repeating these words until I started to feel a small shift within myself. Slowly, my negative thoughts began to lose their grip on me.
Shifting My Focus
What really helped was the practice of visualization. I would close my eyes and imagine a peaceful life for me and my family. I visualized my loved ones in good health, my relationship with my husband becoming even stronger, and my career taking a new and positive direction. These visualizations felt incredibly comforting, and it gave me something to focus on other than my fears.

It wasn’t an overnight change, and I still have days where the anxiety creeps in. But over time, I learned that what I focus on grows. And when I shifted my focus to healing, peace, and abundance, I started to see changes. I began to attract more of that positive energy into my life.
Why Letting Go of Control Was Essential
One of the most difficult lessons for me was learning to let go of the need to control everything. After the miscarriage, I felt like I needed to guard everything in my life with intense vigilance, especially my family’s safety and my relationship. But through manifestation, I realized that I didn’t need to control the future or worry about things I couldn’t change. Instead, I learned to trust that the universe was guiding me toward healing.
I reminded myself that everything happens for a reason, even when it doesn’t make sense at the moment. This helped reduce my anxiety and allowed me to surrender some of my fears.
The Role of Gratitude
Another crucial step was practicing gratitude. I took time each day to reflect on the things I was grateful for. This wasn’t always easy, especially when I felt so much pain, but I forced myself to find something to be thankful for each day. Whether it was the support of my husband, the comfort of my home, or even just a good cup of tea, gratitude helped me refocus my energy and created space for healing.
Where I Am Today: Still Healing, But More Peaceful
Now, several months later, I’m still healing, but I’ve found a sense of peace that I didn’t think was possible at the time of my miscarriage. I still have moments of doubt and fear, but I now have the tools to handle them better. I know that the negative thoughts and anxiety I sometimes feel are just temporary, and they don’t define me. Through the Law of Attraction and manifestation, I’ve learned to shift my mindset, focus on the positive, and trust in the process.
To anyone going through something similar, I want you to know that you’re not alone. Healing takes time, but it’s possible. You have the strength within you to overcome this, and with a little patience and focus, you can manifest the peace and joy you deserve.
Sending you love, light, and healing energy. 🌟
