Academic and Professional Beginnings
My academic journey began with a deep fascination for understanding the complexities of gender dynamics in society. I completed my PhD in Gender Studies, fueling my desire to contribute to the discourse and create positive change. Armed with this knowledge, I embarked on my professional journey as a consultant in a prestigious HR firm. This experience was invaluable, as it allowed me to apply my theoretical understanding to real-world organizational dynamics and human behavior.

Empowering Young Minds
Driven by a profound passion for personality enhancement, ethics, and values, I transitioned into a role as a trainer. In this capacity, I had the privilege of shaping young minds, instilling in them the importance of personality development, ethical behavior, and the significance of maintaining a human touch in the professional world. Witnessing the transformation of students as they embraced these principles was a deeply fulfilling experience.
Balancing Motherhood and Career
In 2021, I embraced the profound joy of motherhood, welcoming my first child into the world. Just as many new mothers experience, I faced doubts and uncertainties about balancing my career with the newfound responsibilities of parenthood. However, with the unwavering support of my family, I navigated this transition with resilience and grace, returning to work after a year, eager to continue my professional journey.
In 2023, our family grew once more as we welcomed our second child, a baby girl. This new chapter brought with it an even greater appreciation for the delicate balance between professional aspirations and cherishing the fleeting moments of parenthood.
The Joys and Challenges of Motherhood
Becoming a mother of two children, a toddler boy and a baby girl, has brought immense joy and fulfillment into my life. While the responsibilities are many, the joy of watching my children bond and grow together is unparalleled. Every moment spent with them is a precious reminder of the profound impact motherhood has on shaping our lives and perspectives.
Entrepreneurial Spirit Takes Flight
While fulfilling, the traditional corporate path also presented challenges in achieving a work-life balance that allowed me to be present for my children every day. This subtle yearning eventually blossomed into a bold decision – to start my own business.

Together with my mother-in-law, I founded MS Global Inc., a venture that embodies our shared vision of empowerment and independence. Under the brand name Noriel Living, we strive to create a brand that resonates with individuals seeking quality and aesthetic appeal in their living spaces. This entrepreneurial endeavor not only aligns with our values but also allows us to pursue our passions while maintaining flexibility for our family commitments.
A Strong, Persistent, and Independent Woman
Through this journey, I have learned the importance of being a role model for my children, showcasing the values of strength, persistence, and independence.
